How do I connect an Optical SPDIF out to an RCA in on my tuner?
Apparently I've been out of the audio loop for years. I bought a new LCD tv and it only has an optical out for the audio. I have an expensive sony tuner with bose speakers. They have to be 10-15 years old, but still sounds great. Needless to say, I don't want to buy another tuner. So my question is, how do I connect these together? I found these products:
$120 Seems a bit steep for a converter. This will work, right?

Then I found this for $15, but it only converts it from optical to digital. Is there a digital to white and red converter?

If I have to spend $120+ on a converter I'd be tempted to buy a new tuner with multiple SPDIF Inputs. I guess as a sub question, is there a cheap way to do this?
