Which is a better amp: uDAC-2 or Nuforce icon mobile?

the sound I get from my laptop is pure JUNK compared to something like my iPad, so I decided to look into getting a small amp/dac for it. Ive narrowed it down to the Nuforce icon mobile (which I can use with my iPod as well) and costs $80 or the uDAC 2 which is $120 and (from my understanding) delivers better sound and only works with a computer. I will be using this with a pair of Bose quietcomfort 15 set of headphones. Will the sound difference be noticeable between the two amps?

NuForce Icon uDAC-2 (Black) Headphone Amp and USB DAC (24bit/96kHz) is one of the best ones out there, and cheap for the money - if you want cheaper try the HD model for $99. Headphones from 32 to 600 ohm reach their full potential: widen sound stage,layered presentation, and full extension for both highs and lows. On a Mac use the presets, and adjust it to the Fitcher-Munson cures for normal sensitivity to frequency, they make most good headphones sound amazing. Also, if you have self-powered speakers used this to drive them instead of plugging into your computer's phone jack, because the sound will be a whole order of magnitude better. The next up headphone amp/DAC cost twice as much, and is only marginally better when listened to with a pair of really good headphones.
