Home theater only receiving 2 ch?
I have a brand new Sharp LC-70LE732U television. I also have a Bose Lifestyle v35. My Bose system is connected to my tv via optical digital cable. The problem is, when i am watching tv i only get a 2 ch audio. When i have my iphone connected to my system its all 5.1. Even when i'm listening to the radio its 5.1. For some reason with my tv its only putting out 2 ch. PLEASE HELP.
The owner's manual is a very good thing. It is even better to read it. Modern entertainment components are complex- I won't pretend they aren't. Each one, it seems, is like a new grade in school where you need to open a book you never had before and practice the things it describes until you gain the skill needed.
I have a radio scanner that it took me a week plus joining a forum to finally get skilled at programming and operating . The directions were like navigating a labarynth. A lot of the terms in the manual were not common language you use normally.
