Firmware update for bose v20?
How can I tell what software version I am on for a bose v20? Also how do I get the latest firmware update.
Phone Bose, give them your serial number.
They will give you some instruction and the software version will be on the display.
If this is not up to date they will send you disks, which you play using your DVD player and updates the software. This loading process takes quite some time.
