Recording Issues On Garageband?

Hi, I'm writing and recording a couple songs on garageband. I record with a Samson USB Studio Condensor Mic and I edit the song with Bose headphones. The vocal recording sounds fine when I listen to it with headphones, but whenever I listen to it through speakers the vocals sound far away and very quiet. No volume levels were changed however. Can anyone help me with this issue??

Number one is:
Never*use Bose equipment for Reference headphones or monitors.

Bose's "signature sound" that they market is bloated to please the masses - consumers. They are NOT accurate. I'd suggest headphones from Sennheiser, Grado, or Akg- their pro line.
