Car subwoofer amp issues?

I have a kicker 750.1 powering two CVR 12's (the package from circuit city prewired from the factory, theyre different then reg CVR's) everything is hooked up from a mono setup inside a 2003 RSX base (no bose) Also i used a hi lo converter instead of switching to a new Aftermarket head unit. The problem is, When my windshield wipers click on, the amp will shut off.Could this be caused by my car not putting out enough power or by a bad remote signal from wherever the shop that installed the amp is taken from?
i refuse to get another aftermarket strictly for the fact that im not replacing another head unit, ive had this car broken into twice and two head units stolen

who ever hooked it up used the wrong wire for the remote wire to the amp. You might have to wire it to the switch of the fuse block. That will solve all your problems. stick with the factory radio if the aftermarket ones are getting stole.
