Solutions for sleeping in a noisy environment?
I'm a freshman in college living in dorms. I'm an only child who has always had their own room to sleep in, and I generally sleep earlier than most people, including my roommate. The noise most of the time actually isn't too bad, but I can often hear people talking outside my room in the hall, or my roommate when he wakes up earlier than me (even though he sleeps later).
Does anyone have any recommendations that are affordable? Any particular earplugs?
There are those Bose noise-canceling headphones, but they're not really affordable, and I just need something to cancel noise.
Use noise cancelling headphones. They are very effective.
