Headset vs. Noise-Canceling Headphones?
I have a simple question:
I don't need to talk to my teammates when I play online games, but I want to hear everything really well, such as footsteps. Can I just plug my Bose QC3s into my TV? Will I be able to hear my enemies and footsteps considering I'm using good headphones instead of the TV speakers, or will I need to buy a specific gaming headset?
No, as long as your TV has the proper connections to support your headphones they'll do just fine. Some TVs if you go in to the options even have headphone settings for the sound.
