Right iPod earbud doesn't work?

It is a new set of earbuds, they are Bose noise-cancelling ones.
~The iPod is a 4th-gen Nano.
~The earbuds do not play music in the right ear.
~With other earbuds in the iPod, there is no problem
~The new Bose earbuds work fully when plugged into the computer
So, I don't know if it is a problem with the iPod or the earbuds.

not sure if there is a setting in the nano, but make sure the sound is set to stereo not mono. mono will make all the sound share the speaker/headphones. stereo will share the sound. thats where you get different sounds in left than the right.
