my mp3 player broke and won't turn on how do i fix this?
my mp3 player is a Phillips go gear jukebox 6 GB. everything was fine and then i plugged it into a bose stereo that was for apple ipod. because it has the same port and then it turned off then i tried to turn it on, reset it, and try to charge it, but it is turned off and wont even turn on its like its frozen off. can someone help me with this problem?
try connecting it to your computer for a few minutes. it might unfreeze it.
