Have reported my Bose that has been micro managing to the point of about.What can I expect from HR?
Report my bose because of micro managing to the point of abuse. I'm waiting to hear from HR. What questions can I expect. No one has worked in the company over a year.
I have been there 2 mo. And have always had long tentures with other companies
They will ask questions as to the problem. Then they will ask the others involved as to what happened. If there are cameras and video in your employment they will review those as well.
