which headphones should I get?

The only limitations are that they need to have a volume up/down on the headphones so I don't have to take my iPhone out of my pocket (does NOT need a mic) and they not be above $200.

Any suggestions on exact models? I've looked at some Shure, Bose, Klipsch and Ultimate Ears. I've heard positive things on Skull Candy but am only finding negative feedback on store websites.

check out cnet.com reviews about headphones that have volume up/down on the cord. There are some headphones out there that fit your needs, however, the majority of headphones with those controls will most likely have a mic on them. good luck.
