What over-ear, mid-priced headphone should I get?
Hello everyone! Wow, Ive been really stressing out over what headphones to get. I have looked at Bose AE2, Sennheiser 595, Sennheiser HD280 PRO, and a ton more and all of them just dont seem to match me. Im looking for something in the $80-$140 range. I plan on using them for being in my room and such but more importantly, in an upcoming flight to Europe from USA. So comfort in a big importance. In-ear and on-Ear are out of the equation. I also want some type of sound isolation or maybe even cancellation, since I am going to be on a plane for so long.
I guess the Sannheiser 595's have great quality, but leak a ton of sound out. The Bose AE2's are comfortable and light but poor sound.
So you can see my stress with all of the mixed reviews. I really need some good advice. Thanks a lot!
Avoid Bose... (Rip-off and low quality) Definitely consider the Sennheisers. Also look into Shure, Sennheiser's biggest competitor. Both are excellent brand names and you can't go wrong with either of them.
