No, probably not. Connect the cable box to your TV with HDMI, provided it has an HDMI port.

Now you will still need to get the audio connected to your Bose system, and for that you will need a digital audio connection. The set top box should have an output called digital audio or SPDIF. The component cables are an alternative video cable, for connecting TV and DVD/Cable box if either do not support HDMI.
