My iPod is tempermental. Help?!?
I've had my iPod for about two months now and it's already crashed on me once. Now the buttons on the click wheel won't respond (sometimes). If it's in the Bose docking station I can turn the thing off, but otherwise I can't do anything except wait till the battery dies for it to go off. And sometimes the buttons don't respond at all and the screen freezes up. Then like an hour later it'll go back to the main menu.
My friend told me about a website you can go to where you punch in a sequence of buttons to fix the problem but I can't find anything on that online.
Other than calling Apple b/c their customer support sucks and I was put on hold for hours, does anyone know how I can fix this problem???
Oh yeah, it's a 5th gen 30gb
my ipod does that sometimes too, just hold the center button and the play button for like 5 to 10 seconds or until the apple sign turns on, it restarts it and then it should be fine, im not sure if i have the right ipod but its worth the try, good luck
