are bose home cinema systems not for music?
i have a set of bose acoustimass series 2 cinemate home cinema speakers , are they made for home cinema and not suitable for music??
As the name suggests they are better suited for home theatre assignments. If my memory is correct, the Bose Cinema series I and II are advertised as a specialty device for home theatre. The Cinema II that you are referring to is reported to have more bass response than the previous version and a smaller footprint. Its claim to fame, like most Bose products is easy set up and take down. Also, it fits neatly in tight space. To say it is not for music would be an overstatement because it is competent in reproducing music, its just not what it does best by design.
