speakers dont work when hooked up with Receiver?
I hooked up my old Sony receiver with my even older speakers and subwoofer. The only thing working is my old Bose center speaker? They were working before I disconnected them and moved them.
Well .... not much detail.
Unless you broke something since you disconnected them (not particularly likely) it's probably either a setting or connection problem.
Check that all the speakers are wired correctly (both wires for each firmly attached to the correct terminals on the receiver and the speaker, no shorts).
Check you have any speaker selector switches set correctly.
It sometimes helps to just use stereo and get the main speakers working before worrying about surround.
