Looking for the BEST WAY on how to set up Home audio?

I have the following; Samsung 52in HDTV, Harmon/Kardon AVR247 Reciever, PS3, WII & Comcast HD. Bose Acustimass speakers with non-powered sub (2 cube and sub connected together) and a bose center channel speaker.

Here is my recommendation:

HDTV---> AVR HDMI OUT

Comcast/PS3/WII ---> AVR HDMI-IN1 / HDMI-IN2/ VID1-IN with its respective Audio1 IN

Bose speaker with non-power sub/ Center speaker ---> AVR FRONT/ SB/ CENTER speaker channel outputs respectively
