How to exchange Bose earphones?
Well i learned the hard way that you cant use bose mie2i mobile headset for exercising and now the microphone has broke on them. I called bose and my earphones are still under warrenty. He said that i need to send the earphones back to get a new pair, he also gave me that address. My question is do i send back everything that came with the earphones?? including box, extra earpices, carrying case, etc. ?
ya they will replace every thing if its under warrenty
