Speaker amp and how big?
I have four speakers i would like to amplify. up front a 6 1/2in alpine type r components and in the rear alpine type s 4x6's the stock bose amp doesnt cut it anymore. so what would your audio folks recommend? wattage? channels? thanks for the help
I would get a 2 channel amp.... the 4x6's in the back arent good amping speakers nor is that where you sit.... 4x6's are notorious for blowing under amplification... they are a bad speaker design.... Type Rs take up to 75 watts RMS You can either look into something like4x 40 and bridge it down to 2x80...
or something close to 75x2
