Logitech Alternatives?

I LOVE the Logitech Z-2300 but I want to make sure they're my favorite before I spend the money. Something with a decent subwoofer (no built-in-sub-speakers), I've checked out Bose and haven't found anything I've liked. Does anyone have suggestions for an equivalent system?

I'd suggest looking at Audioengine

I have the A2's and they are great. You can get the subwoofer to add to it.
They also have the A5's and they hit low enough so that you don't need a sub.

I'd agree that the Logi Z2300's are great bang for buck... But the sub is a little overpowering - so I found myself turning it down. Then although the sound is quite full, I didn't feel that sound warmth was there for music. Games, it's great.

You can also look at speakers from Swan-Hivi - awesome speakers too.
