Converting from S-Video/Composite to Component or HDMI?

I have a 2006 Bose Lifestyle Home Entertainment System. It is a Lifestyle 18 Series II. I have been very happy with it and haven't had ANY problems with it thus far.

With that being said, I just bought a 65" Plasma TV. Panasonic S2 model to be exact. Of course it has 1080p.

This the back of my Bose DVD (connections):

As you can see there is no input/output for Component nor HDMI.

My question is- Is there a cord or adapter that can convert from S-Video/Composite to Component or HDMI? If so, will it give me HD (Component & HDMI) quality or the same non-HD (S-video & Composite) quality?
