Which headphones should I get?
Ive been looking at the sennheiser pxc 450's, the AKG 272 hd's and the denon AH D2000's. I'm currently leaning towards the sennheisers, mostly because theyre noise canceling. I'm not interested in open back headphones because I will be using these in a public environment and I might as well just get a freaking boombox. I'm looking for the best closed back/ noise cancelling(preferable but not needed) headphones with awesome sound quality (as far as closed headphones go.)
Btw, please don't recommend either bose or beats by dre. Thanks.
Personally, I would eliminate the denons right away. Then, I think it's a matter of preference. BUT BE CAREFUL!!! Those AKGs, although the best out of the 3 in my opinion, are meant to be listened to through an amp or receiver (I dont know about the sennheisers). They will not sound good if you simply connect them to your iPod.
Good choices. AKG and Sennheiser are the best if the headphone department at the moment. Good luck, hope I helped.
PS cheers that you're not even bothering with Bose or Beats. Bose is overrated and Beats are like an ass: everyone has one and they're overpriced and don't sound that great.
